Hi list, Apparently now any time we provide a knee or spinal orthosis to a Medicare patient that has a code that says includes fitting and adjustment or adjustable and does not have a corresponding OTS code, we have to use a 99 code to bill it if we don't have to adjust it. <URL Redacted> Good times. -_- Karen Lynch, CPO, CFmSunrise Prosthetics & Orthotics, Inc
