Hello all,
I am a graduate student at the University of Pittsburgh, a part of the Prosthetics and Orthotics program. I think we can all agree on the importance of effective communication between the different healthcare disciplines. For my research project, I am looking into the methods of communication between disciplines and their effectiveness. Attached below is a link to a short survey regarding multidisciplinary care and communication based around amputee rehabilitation. This research study intends to recruit healthcare professionals across multiple disciplines to access the current means of communication between disciplines and to potentially find any holes within the communication line. I would greatly appreciate your participation as it should not take more than 5-10 minutes for your time for response. No personal information will be requested. Participation is completely voluntary, and you can stop taking the survey at any time. There will be no compensation or risks for your participation, but participation is appreciated and will potentially further multidisciplinary care. If you have any questions or concerns, please email <Email Address Redacted> Thank you.
