Hello forum members,
I am a student researcher at the University of Pittsburgh’s Master’s program for O&P. As a part of my Capstone project, I am researching practitioner attitudes towards patients with developmental disabilities via a short 11 question survey. With these responses, I hope to discover trends that will then direct education efforts and improve patient care. Your participation is entirely voluntary, and you can stop filling out the survey at any time if you change your mind. The estimated duration of participation is 5 minutes. There are no risks associated with participation. The common risk of breach of confidentiality is addressed by not collecting identifiable or sensitive information to begin with. Data from this study will only be reported in aggregated form so that information cannot be traced back to individual participants. There is no compensation, financial or otherwise, for participating in this study. In the event of questions or concerns, please contact me, the principal investigator, Olivia Tuck, at <Email Address Redacted> <mailto:<Email Address Redacted>>
