I usually give 2 hour lectures/presentations on Upper Extremity prosthetics to multiple university OT/PT Graduate students every year. Besides demonstrating the function, I also like to pass the prosthesis around (Prior to COVID,) so the students can experience the function close up and hands on. I feel this hands on experience provides a greater appreciation of how Myo prostheses work.
I am looking to see if anyone has an extra functioning myo-Below Elbow prosthesis they are no longer using, or have one that has been donated back to your company; that they would be willing to give to me for long term use.
I would also need a battery charger.
I have been retired for the past few years, and the myo sample I previously had access to, is no longer functional.
I will reimburse for shipping cost.
Thanks in advance for any assistance with educating our future therapist.
