Text:
What are your go to modifications/trim lines for AFOs/SMOs for youth who have excess out-toeing? Do you have any sources to support them? Having a discussion with a PT who is asking for something very different than my 20+ years has taught me (citing a B.Cusick lecture from 1990). Maybe there is something new.
(Child has a hypermobility syndrome similar to EDS. 5’2” 140#. Ext rotation primarily from hip 45+ degrees).
