Sometimes I run into challenges and want some advise as to what I should do.
When a patient calls in and provides you their insurance information, we
ask for the billing address for that particular company. The address is
not always listed on the back of the card. Where do we get that
information from?
Also, when a diagnosis code is missing on a prescription, what is the best
way you go about getting the ordering physician to get the proper code to
you?
