Dear List:
I am refitting a congenital shoulder disarticulation with a new switch
controlled external power prosthesis (patient has a remaining digit to
operate the components). For his previous prosthesis (6-7 years ago) I used
an E-two electric elbow and a Centri myo hand. Everything worked perfectly
and was economical because of the minus 30% health plan that he had
(still has). E-two elbow is still available, however, Centri myo hand has
been discontinued. I cannot use Boston Arm or Bebionic because of the cost.
What are the low-cost alternatives for myo hands that are compatible with
E-two elbow?
Thank you.
Stephan
