Dear OANDP-L List Serv,
I want to thank everyone who as already participated in my most recent survey considering acceptance factors for upper limb prostheses. Some of the initial answers and comments have already provided some interesting results.
This will be my last reminder…I promise! Although I have had a number of responses I was hoping for a few more if possible. As a reminder you do not have to be an upper limb specialist or expert to take the survey. All that is needed is the retrospective opinions of your last upper limb patient, even it is only one.
Here is the link below. I will close the survey on Friday, April 7.

Thanks again,
Gerry

Hey ListServ Community!
I want to thank you so much for your overwhelming support of my previous surveys. I have to say that I have learned so much from them and I hope they have helped you develop greater understanding of Upper Limb Prosthetic Acceptance as well.
I have a new survey, based on my previous factor assessments, that attempts to understand the varying levels of upper limb prosthetic acceptance and the importance of each characteristic . What I want to find out is which of the factors can provide the greatest amount of clarity regarding patient acceptance. My intention is to apply some level of priority so we, as prosthetists, can address these issues better and maximize acceptance.
It is only five (5) questions long, and asks about your last three upper limb patient fitting. If you don’t have three patients, only one is required to participate. As always I will share with you my findings. Here is the link of the survey below:
