Hey ListServ Community!

I want to thank you so much for your overwhelming support of my previous surveys. I have to say that I have learned so much from them and I hope they have helped you develop greater understanding of Upper Limb Prosthetic Acceptance as well.

I have a new survey, based on my previous factor assessments, that attempts to understand the varying levels of upper limb prosthetic acceptance and the importance of each characteristic . What I want to find out is which of the factors can provide the greatest amount of clarity regarding patient acceptance. My intention is to apply some level of priority so we, as prosthetists, can address these issues better and maximize acceptance.

It is only five (5) questions long, and asks about your last three upper limb patient fitting. If you don’t have three patients, only one is required to participate. As always I will share with you my findings. Here is the link of the survey below:
