Hello All,
Just curious regarding the ways that you find most effective to profit
share in the office. This question is for both owners as well as team
member practitioners. What do you prefer? What do you need to watch out
for?
Do you:
1- Pay/receive a salary without additional commissions?
2- Have a regular competitive salary and share profit over a certain
benchmark or level of collections?
3- Have a lower base salary with the addition of a certain percentage of
collections?
4- Pay/receive your pay for performance with no base and have a set
percentage of collections?
5- A combination of any of the above or some other solution that works for
you?
I'll be happy to share the responses. I receive my list-serve messages as
a digest which will cause a slight lag in posting.
Thanks!
Michael
