Dear Customer,

As you may already know, Hurricane Matthew is anticipated to hit Florida starting later today through Friday afternoon.

Based upon this information, Orthomerica's production and shipping schedule will be impacted by this storm. On Thursday, we will be shutting down around 3 pm EST as UPS and the other freight carriers will be picking up packages at 2 pm EST. So, we will not have any late night service available for same day orders placed after 11:30 am EST due to the earlier pick up schedule. However, we will continue to accept orders, faxes and scans that will be processed on Monday morning.

On Friday, Orthomerica will be closed but we will continue to accept orders, faxes and scans that will be processed on Monday morning. On Saturday, we plan on having our normal production team work on processing existing orders as Orthomerica does have emergency generators if we lose power. However, this could change if the plant experiences any storm damage or if the county issues an emergency order keeping people off the roads due to emergency conditions.

During this time, the best way to place orders are as follows:

Toll Free: 800-446-6770 for prefabricated products
                   877-737-8444 for custom products
Fax: 800-638-9259 or 407-290-6592
Email: <Email Address Redacted> <mailto:<Email Address Redacted>>

If any emergencies during this time, please call Gary Hicks at 407-340-4377.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we prepare for this first major hurricane to hit Florida since 2004.

Sincerely,

Orthomerica Products, Inc.
