Greetings of the Day!
What do lobsters, Sam Adams Ale, lighthouses, the Freedom Trail, the Red
Sox and Harvard Yard all have in common? Why New England of course! OPAF
will be in New England's largest city – Boston, Massachusetts, September
7-11 for the 99th AOPA National Assembly meeting at Hynes Convention
Center. The National Assembly will bring together 2,500 O&P professionals,
therapists and end users to see the latest and greatest in O&P technology.
One again, OPAF will be hosting its popular Silent Auction at the Assembly,
but this year, we're bringing New England's unique flair to the auction.
Please consider donating to our New England style Silent Auction. Perhaps a
weekend vacation in New England? Red Sox or Patriots memorabilia? Vermont
maple syrup? A year's supply of Ben & Jerry's? Auction items can be New
England themed or of your choice.
Funds generated from the auction allow OPAF to continue offering top-notch
introductory level adaptive recreation to those with physical or mobility
challenges AT NO CHARGE to any participant.
The OPAF Silent Auction donation form is available on the website. As OPAF
is a 501 (c)(3) public charity, all donations are tax deductible. Please
return the donation form to the OPAF office by August 10 and your item, if
applicable, by August 15, as we will be shipping to Boston by August 25.
Many thanks for your ongoing support of the work of OPAF & The First
Clinics. To see if a First Clinic is coming to your neck of the woods,
