List,
I had a appointment with one of my longtime Medicaid prosthetic patients
this morning. He mentioned that he had been approached about his
prosthetics while getting into his car by a prosthetist in town earlier
this year and was given a business card.
For my own curiosity, what is the official rule on directly soliciting a
Medicare/Medicaid beneficiary in person? I found the rules regarding
telephone solicitation but that's all I've found so far.
Thanks for any and all help!
