I would like to get some feedback from practitioners who have experience fitting the Centri/Fillauer Dynamic walk versus other type OTS or custom fit carbon style AFOs. Which do you prefer, what do you like and what don't you like. I have done a lot of ToeOffs and several Trulife Matrix AFOs, I have also used the Noodle (both custom and OTS), but do not have any experience with the Dynamic walk. I have a patient who has been recommended a Dynamic walk. He has foot slap, Parkinsons, peripheral neuropathy, and is also a BK on the contralateral side. Balance and energy conservation are important and this gentleman is 6' 5 and 267lbs.
Thanks in advance for you input,
Rick Stapleton, CPO
