Dear Members of the OandP-Listserv

I am an Orthotic and Prosthetic resident in the Baylor College of Medicine's O & P Program and am currently researching the need for collaborative knowledge sharing in the O & P profession. The purpose of this study is to examine attitudes towards knowledge sharing within O & P. The survey is 18 questions in length and should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.

If you agree to take part, please click the link below this message, read the consent form, and continue scrolling below the consent form in order to complete the survey. If you fill out this anonymous questionnaire (survey), you are consenting or agreeing to take part in this research. You decide whether you want to take part or not. You may decide to stop taking part at any time without consequence. The survey will close in 2 months, and a reminder email will be sent 2 weeks prior to closing.

You do not need to respond to this email. If you would like to contact me, my research advisor, or the Baylor College of Medicine Institutional Review Board, please use the contact information provided in the first page of the survey. I sincerely appreciate your time.
