Recently we received a pre-payment audit claim on aL4361.
Noridian unfortunately denied the claim only because there was 2 billing codes listed on the product sticker on the POD. (OTS L4361 and Custom L4360)
Noridian has informed us that we are to circle what code/product the physician is scripting for. We are preparing to submit an appeal based on this decision. Any suggestions on what directions to take would be greatly appreciated.
