Subject: Procter & Gamble Olympic Commercial Reach Out
Hi Paul,
It's wonderful to connect. I am Vancouver-based casting director Kara Eide, of Kris Woz & Kara Eide Casting, working with Procter & Gamble on their upcoming TV commercial for the Winter Olympics PyeongChang 2018. Your contact information was passed along to me from Janet Fletcher (Associate Brand Director) and her contacts at the USSA and USOC. They thought you could be a valuable resource in helping us cast for a specific role within our commercial - a child of Japanese descent, under 15 years of age, with a prosthetic leg.
Attached to this message is a poster with more information regarding the role. If you know of any one that fits this role or if you have contacts that could assist us that would be very helpful.
We are available for a call so we can provide more background on the commercial and logistics regarding the role, travel accommodations, etc.
Kindest regards,
Kara
