Dear Colleagues,

My name is Alicia Ericson and I am a student within the University of Pittsburgh's Masters of Prosthetics and Orthotics program. For a research project I am asking clinical representatives that have experience with cranial remolding orthosis to complete a brief survey. The aim of this study is to determine what side effects may be induced by the fluctuation of a patient's body temperature upon the commencement of cranial remolding orthosis treatment, adjustments and aspects of the helmet to consider when these side effects occur, and what effects they have on the long term outcomes of the cranial remolding orthosis treatment. The survey is voluntary and anonymous. It may be stopped at any time, but your feedback is greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much in advance for your participation, and I look forward to reviewing your feedback.

Sincerely,

Alicia Ericson
