Subject: Large diabetic shoes source RESPONSES

Hi List members,

Thanks for all who responded to the post below.

Most suggested APIS/ ST. EMEY as they go up to much larger sizes than my out
dated catalog indicated.

Other suggestions were- Apex, Acor, Red Wing and www.wideshoes.com

ORIGINAL POST

I have a patient who needs size 16.5 EE width diabetic shoes and inserts
and am having a hard time finding an athletic style shoe with Velcro that
goes that large. His foot is chunky, so I'll need at least double depth.
Please let me know if you're aware of a company that can provide such a
size. Otherwise, I'll need to go custom. Drew goes up to size 16. Thanks,
Randy McFarland, CPO Fullerton, CA
