Hey all,
I'm looking to see if anyone has any information on the NU-Flex Socket. I have received a script from the VA for a patient to receive this style of socket. However NU has not posted any dates for the 2016 year for courses on the socket. I have done the online course and feel confident in casting and modifying but the fabrication of the socket I have questions on. I have reached out to Northwestern University for I am a graduate there and they gave me all the information they could. So now I'm looking to see if there is a clinician close to the KC area that wouldn't mind meeting up so I could get further detail on the fabrication of the socket.
Thanks,
Whitney Tapp, PTA, CP
