Hello Colleagues,
I am a Research Scientist working on developing a new myoelectric neural interface for trans-radial prosthetic control, which is funded by the NIH. We are currently asking the OandP community in the Boston area to help us find volunteers with trans radial amputation to assist us in collecting surface myoelectric (sEMG) data. Your participation will be helpful in developing a new generation of prosthetic devices that use neural signals (Motor Unit potentials collected from the skin) for more precise control compared to standard myoelectric measures.
An IRB-approved description of the study for recruitment purposes is provided in the link below, as well as my direct contact information.
Thank you in advance for your time,

Serge Roy, ScD, PT
