I have an 86 yo female patient who is post-polio and has no strength in her
abdominal muscles. She has been wearing an LSO for many years to give her
abdomen and lower back support. She now needs a TLSO to help support her
kyphotic posture.

She arrived to the office wearing an overlapping LSO made of a soft
flexible gray foam on the outside, aliplast lining on the inside with a
rigid frame laminated between the two layers. She told me that it was a
prefabricated device and that she was not cast for it.

Any idea which company made this LSO? I'd like to get her something
similiar to provide the soft yet rigid support she needs in the abdomen
just in the TLSO version with shoulder straps (she won't tolerate the
anterior extension).
