I have a transfemoral amputee who weighs around 170 pounds and works
out a couple of hours a day. He's currently using his everyday
prosthesis and squatting about 300 additional pounds and doing shoulder
shrugs with about 200 pounds. I know that there is no knee that will be
exactly what he needs for this weight and I've talked to him about
modifying his exercises, but does anyone have any suggestions on a good
knee that will hold at least most of this weight?
Thank you!
