Open Bionics is a group in the UK that has been working to develop a low cost 3D printed multi-articulated hand. They have a pretty advanced design that appears to be quite functional. Now they are taking their design and making it more kid friendly. I just came across this article and had to share it with the list. This looks pretty cool and quite sophisticated.
