Hi List
I am wondering if anyone has made a simple, stubbie-type device for a
pediatric, syme/ankle disarticulation patient for use around their home
when they aren't wearing their prosthesis. My patient is an 8 year old,
female and has about 6.5cm (~2.5) of clearance.
Goals of the device would be lightweight, inexpensive and very easy to
don and doff. She currently uses a pelite liner and stovepipe design
socket so it would need to be easier to don than that to make it
worthwhile in my mind. If you had any pictures of something you have
done in the past that would be great.
Thanks again for the help.
