Dear Colleagues,

My name is John Kesselring and I am a graduate student at the University of Pittsburgh Prosthetic and Orthotics Program. For my research I am gathering opinions and thoughts on the use of 3D Printing technology within the field. If you have a moment please complete my survey. This survey is designed to determine the knowledge about 3D Printing in the field of Prosthetics and Orthotics. Please answer to the best of your ability. A random drawing among all participants who leave an email address will determine the winner of a $100 gift card. You do not have to provide your email address to complete the survey. The survey is optional and voluntary but any responses would be greatly appreciated.
