HEY PRACTITIONERS AND FITTERS!
IF YOU NEED CEUs, IT DOESN'T GET QUICKER OR EASIER THAN THIS!!!!!
Last week, we learned from the ABC that continuing education credits (14.5 Credits) are available for clinicians and orthotic fitters at the same level as technicians at the Technician CE Course presented by the O&P Programs at Spokane Falls Community College (SFCC) on Friday, October 16th and Saturday, October 17th. For clinicians, the ABC will view the course as a 'refresher.' Orthotic fitters who attend will be eligible for Category II credits.
Agenda Topics
Keynote Speaker: Curt Bertram, ABC Immediate Past President

S150.00 Friday & Saturday
$100.00 Friday only
$ 60.00 Saturday only
If more than one person from your practice or company is attending the full 1½-day course, the registration fee is reduced by $25 per additional person with a limit of three (3). (For example: if two people attend, the fee for each is $125; for three or more, the fee for each is $100) Fees remain the same for attendance only on Friday or Saturday.
We have negotiated with two hotels that are near the airport and the College to provide rooms at a reduced rate with taxes included. For the Holiday Inn (509-838-1170), the rate is $112.00 per night with a registration deadline date of October 8; for the Hampton Inn (509-747-1100), the rate is $134.00 per night with a registration deadline date of October 1. Staff members at each hotel indicate that October is a busy month and that the rooms will fill quickly. Both hotels are relatively new and in excellent condition and each provide breakfast and Internet services. The Holiday Inn will provide transportation services to and from the hotel to SFCC. There are other hotels nearby the airport and some may offer a lower room rate.
If plans are to stay-over on Saturday evening, the room rates remain the same and need to be reserved when you make your reservation for October 15th and 16th. On both Friday and Saturday evenings, there are hockey games scheduled between the Spokane Chiefs. On Friday, the Chiefs are playing the Prince Albert Raiders and on Saturday they play the Kamloops Blazers.
Please don't hesitate to contact us for a registration form or if more information is needed.
Kind Regards, Ruthie
