Hello again,
I know there are many gait analysis collection methods out there such as:
G-walk, gait rite, step watch, Zeno mats, etc
But I was curious if anyone successfully uses apple products like an apple
watch or iphone with gait analysis apps or any good apps that would be able
to have data used in the case of an audit. I ask because I was thinking
we could put an Iwatch on a patient to get blood pressure now so we could
do that and then of we had proper apps to strap an iphone or iPod to
someone (like a g-walk kind of location) and collect relevant data while
they are in therapy or in office it seems cost effective and easy. But are
the apps good enough at this point to stand up to audit scrutiny? With
the new iphone announcement yesterday it had me thinking and hunting down
answers
Also, I know many apps like coaches eye helps take images of patient and
draw angles and what not but are any really easy or more helpful than
others? We are not just looking for do dads to just play around with
but rather helpful apps that are easy to use and relevant.
Thanks everyone for any help!
