REMINDER: I want to thank everyone that has taken my survey on attitudes toward innovation in Orthotics and Prosthetics! I have learned a great deal already from the responses and comments. The study isn’t just about componentry and technology. It is also indicative of how the O & P community adapts to change, which is all the more relevant in this time of policy definitions and reimbursement issues.
I must admit that I need just a few more participants to achieve at least 90% confidence of the sample within the study so I need your help. If you have already taken the survey please encourage a colleague to take it. If you haven’t taken the survey let your opinion be known!
As I mentioned this is part of my doctoral study at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, I have a new survey that investigates if there is any relationship between the social interaction of groups and an individual's attitudes toward innovation. The multiple choice survey will be completely confidential and should take only 5-7 minutes of your time.
I am looking for certified practitioners who currently work within a clinical group to take the survey. Please try to be honest and candid during the assessment and answer the questions AS YOU FEEL RIGHT NOW. There are no right or wrong answers since there are many opinions regarding the attitudes of innovative people.
Here is the link to take the survey: <URL Redacted> < <URL Redacted>>
The first page outlines the informed consent of the survey. Please indicate at the bottom of the page your consent and begin the survey by pressing the arrow at the lower right.
As promised, I will be glad to share with you the aggregate results regarding how we collectively deal with change at the conclusion of the study. Again thank you so much in advance for participating!
Thank you everybody!
