Dear List,

Could you share your experiences using custom Evolution Liners for Knee disarticulation amputees. Have you had any skin issues or issues with the liner stretching during swing phase? Have you achieved very good suspension and comfort with these liners? Durability? Overall opinion? Other liner gel liner options you are aware of?

We have used a fair amount of Ossur Seal in liners (various styles) with good success but there can be issues when the condyles are too large. We have also used Alpha custom liners in these cases, but of course achieving optimum suspension can be tricky.

Thanks for any responses!
