Hello To Everyone,
I am writing to you today to see if anyone is having problems with Medicare denying claims due to proof of delivery?
Medicare is now stating they would like Brand name, serial #, and narrative description of products being used and to provide info on your fabrication if made custom. I am wondering what has been working for the info on your fabrication, lets say for example Test Sockets, Replacement Sockets, Ultra lite materials etc... Do you list the following items are custom fabricated in house: and list the following? I would like to get this right the 1st time so I am not in litigation with them over this for months lol if its not one thing its another!!
