Hello Colleagues,
I am the Site Coordinator for our new MyoTouch prosthetic device. We are currently in the beginning stages of development for our device and need your expert opinions.
Please take a few moments and complete our prosthetic survey and help us in the development of a state of the art prosthetic device.
I have included 2 links below. One link is for clinicians to use to complete the survey and the other link is for regulators/payers to use to complete the survey. The surveys are slightly different, so please choose the link that best fits your current occupation.

If yes, then we need your help.
Dear Colleagues,
Our research team is developing neural interfaces that will provide control signals to sophisticated prosthetic hand and also give sensations of touch and movement back to the user. Since we are in the beginning phases of developing this new technology, we want to understand the needs and opinions of important stakeholders. In order for our team to use your expertise please consider completing our prosthetics online survey.
The survey takes approximately 20 minutes to complete and includes questions about existing technology, a video about the technology we are developing, and questions to gather feedback about this new device.
