First of all I love this foot! However, in the last month I have had two
feet develop issues where the foot bolt that holds the male pyramid adaptor
to the hydraulic ankle. The bolt has just worked its way loose. I cleaned
the blue loctite off the bolt applied red loctite, and for the time being
it has resolved the issue. The manufacture has reported having 7-10 similar
incidences, and has not issued a recall. I am just wondering if other have
had and issue. I have several folks out on this product, and if it is a
common issue I want to bring those people in and be proactive not reactive.
