Hi all,
As a graduating University of Washington student, I am seeking current
practice trends from clinics across the country to identify needs as they
exist for O&P follow-up. Linked below is a survey (8 questions, 10 minutes)
that I would greatly appreciate your help in completing to build a
foundation of knowledge for my graduate project proposal. The questions
concern patient scheduling, interval of follow-up, and patient
communication. All questions are multiple choice and the survey is
anonymous.
I believe that the information gathered here may be useful to you in
practice, and with an appropriate number of responses, I will send another
message out to summarize the findings. I hope it can help increase
effectiveness and efficiency at your site. Thank you in advance for your
time - it is greatly appreciated!
