I need some advice for designing an opposition prosthesis. Patient has
congenital hand malformation; wide flat thumb, no fingers, some palmar
structure, normal wrist strength and ROM. I envision a strap-on plastic
or metal device with high friction surface to oppose the thumb,
activated by wrist flexion.

I need some ideas for coding and any design details you have found
effective. Please send photos to <Email Address Redacted>

Any and all suggestions will be much appreciated.
