Hi list.
I have had an unusual request. A gentleman phoned with a request for a
cover for his ring fingertip to allow him to play guitar again. There
had been a degloving incident, and after infection, the tissue is healing.
Nerve damage does not allow him to play guitar without pain, but he does
feel that with protection, he would be able to play again.
I am hesitant to do anything, as I feel that suspension would be an issue,
and taping the finger with athletic tape to protect it might be the best-
most cost effective solution.
Anyone out there have any experience with this sort of thing? I would be
interested to hear how you solved it.
Thanks,
Jen
