Second request for responses to Survey on Outcome Measures and K-Level

Hello Listerv members,

Thanks to all of you who already participated in my survey on K-level and
outcome measures that was posted here a few weeks ago. I have recorded
almost 200 responses, and I am accumulating some really great data on how
we, as professionals, use and view outcome measures and K-levels.

I want to once again request that any prosthetics practitioners who haven't
yet taken the survey please take the time to do so at the link below, and
please encourage your colleagues to participate as well. All responses are
completely anonymous and greatly appreciated.
