Thank you to everyone who responded to my original post. Here is what was asked:

I have a young woman who is currently using the Kingsley K054 SACH Hi-Style foot (3 1/2 heel height). She has expressed interest in being able to wear even higher heels. I am aware of the safety concerns with high heeled feet. However, I would like be as informed as possible and determine if such a foot exists that has an even higher heel height, prior to proceeding with discussions with her.

 Here are the responses:

 1) I also did a recent search and found that the Hi-Style foot was the best option. However, I found out that some people use an angled tube clamp, like the Otto Bock 4R56 to increase the heel height of any foot. Perhaps that component could be used in combination with the Hi-Style.

 2) Try checking with Freedom. They were the company tha provided the feet to Amy Purdee on dancing with the stars. She wore some really high shoes that I remember.

 3) I would look to the Motion Control Motion Foot if appropriate for her.  I know it isn't a static SACH style foot, but it has more plantarflexion available than any foot I know of.

 4) I know Amy purdey used the freedom swim foot for toe dancing and high high heels. That would give an unlimited height ability asi t planter flexes to 180*. The othe option would be to get a kingsley larger than needed and reshape the toe to rhe proper angle to the shoes she wants to wear and then cover cometicly with a dream skin or the like.

 5) Use an Endo like ankle with Kingsley foot.

 6) This is going to sound strange, but I had a young women who wanted to wear 4 1/2-5 Heels. She was told NO her whole life. What we did was took an adjustable heel foot (Elation), but you could use Kingsley, put an 15 degree offset tube clamp. Type clamp used with OttoBock 7E7 hip joint. This gave us the angulation to achieve 5 heels. Dis the same thing in reverse for 20 degrees of Dorsiflexion for a lady that rode equestrian and need to post in the saddle.

Again, thank you very much to those who contributed.
