Greetings

My company is creating a process for handling clients/customers who may
have been exposed to or infected with ebola. Our goal is not to overreact,
but to be prepared in the event that a customer walks in with possible
symptoms.
We are wondering if other facilities have been working on this issue. If
so, we would appreciate your thoughts on the following:

1. How are you screening your customers? Are there certain questions that
you have been asking them?

2. What product liners do you screen for? Everyone that comes in the front
door for DME equipment or just custom items?

3. Do you do home visits? Hospice care? Nursing home care? (We have a
respiratory therapy department which routinely provides care in these
settings.) Obviously, the customer may not have been the person
travelling, but they could have family members living with them.

If people are interested, I will send out responses.
