Subject: survey about upper extremity amputations and prosthetic use
Dear OANDP-L,
Long Island Plastic Surgical Group would like to hear from you. As one of the first plastic surgery groups established in the country and currently the largest practice of its kind in the United States, we are committed to providing the highest level of patient care. We are conducting an anonymous survey about major upper limb amputations. This project is investigating the relationships between the surgical aspects of upper extremity amputations and prosthetic use. If you are a prosthetist and this is part of your practice, please help by continuing with the survey. The questionnaire should take less than 5 minutes to complete and will help us better serve patients in the future. The results collected from this survey will be used for research purposes, and may be included in presentations at scientific meetings and may be published in a medical journal. Please use the link below to complete the survey. We hope to benefit from your knowledge and experience.
