Greetings List Aficionados,

I would like to reap the knowledge of your past experiences with billing MCR for microprocessor repairs. Successfully billing, I hope.
I have sent a microprocessor knee unit to the manufacturer for an estimate for repairs and I have that estimate in hand. I intend to go ahead with this costly repair billing MCR.
I have the itemized cost for labor and parts for this service from the manufacturer.
How do I proceed with the billing of MCR using the labor and parts codes? Do I use the parts code and total the costs under it once? Labor too? Bill multiple units for each L code?
Can I bill for my time spent with the patient and component transfer, programming and shipping?
Any handy tips will be appreciated.
Thank you.
