Dear List-serve,
Thanks to all those that responded, this is such a wonderful resource. I did not receive any negative replies about the company, other than someone responded for me to shoot myself quickly (not sure what they meant by that statement.) Here are all the replies to date:
Hi Rick, we use them here. DG, CPO is the owner of our facility and the one that directly deals with them. Feel free to email him with any questions and I'm sure he'll send you a thorough response.
We worked with them briefly, immediately prior to being acquired by Hanger. I was impressed with their team and recommend them highly - very professional and knowledgeable.
Let me know if you have any questions and I can give more detail. We were a multi-site provider with an extensive soft goods business.
As a company who would never consider outsourcing billing (direct quote from me) we found ourselves in a situation where we needed to let our biller go, and there were zero good candidates to choose from to replace her. I had recently attended an OPIE billing boot camp where I met the owner of CBS Billing. All of a sudden we found ourselves in the situation where they were really our only option. They are absolutely awesome, they are extremely knowledgeable, we can have weekly meetings that have been great, while we are cleaning up the old AR, and they are very transparent. The best part is they work right out of our system, so it is really like having a remote administrative person. They also help with some glitches in our software and stay on top of things. Our stress level with regards to collecting has gone way down. They have also spent a lot of time with our bookkeeper helping her run reports to keep our billing system and accounting system balanced. I don't know if we will ever have in-house billing again. I hope this helps.
