Hello all,

I remember seeing a post about a physician referred a patient but had  opted out of ordering privileges for DME and the claim was denied.  I was reviewing the MLN Newsletter and found this. I found this section titled  Am I Eligible to Order and Refer Medicare Items and Services? directed at physicians.  I tried to copy and paste the procedure for verifying if the physicians were eligible but it didn't work.  I have a link to the page-  <URL Redacted>

I have also forwarded the email (below) if the link doesn't work.  It looks like you can verify if the doctor can order DME with their NPI number.
