O and P community,
I am interested in upgrading our documentation of initial evaluation,
progress and delivery of prosthetic /orthotic services. I work for a large
federal agency and the computer system allows me the flexibility to make
changes within reason.
What our practitioners are currently working with is a simple soap note
format, only as effective as the note writer. I’m looking for templates or
a series of good questions and statements that as a practitioner works
through the process, a good comprehensive documentation of the visit is
generated.
Once I’ve sorted through the responses, I will show case the collaborative
results.
