List Readers,
I have received very good options for my post on a durable foot rated for
heavy duty or bariatric use. I have listed them below. I have not checked
pricing on these yet and I will leave the K level up to you and the
manufacturer.
Listed in no specific order:
Freedom Highlander MAX
Kinsley special order SACH - Kingsley KT8 and KT8Z
Bioquest Comfort Stride
TiMed SACH and HD endo components
Other feet were rated high for maximum weight but these were the highest.
Again, thank you to all that responded and I hope this helps with your
selection of prosthetic feet.
> I believe that I remember seeing a post about a K2 bariatric foot of
industrious nature for our use with amputee patients that would require such
a substantial foot. Would you kindly refresh my memory as to your choice for
a 460 lb. bilateral below knee patient? I thought maybe Kinsley did a
special order aluminum keel SACH for such cases.
> Many thanks in advance and have a nice summer!
