What is your check socket material of choice? Does it differ for AK's versus BK's? Our clinic has been using Bulldog Ringmaster 16 diameter and 13mm thickness which has served us well. The only downfall is that when the office is busy the oven gets backlogged with long cooking times. I prefer walking fits and scotch casting for when they walk outside of the parallel bars.

Has anyone compared Orfitrans Stiff to Ringmaster, or PETG(Vivak)? Strength, Cost, Practicality, etc?

Thanks
