Many thanks to all who responded to my request for an adjustable pylon. I have been looking for something relatively short that could be used repeatedly on different patients to provide the height necessary when a load cell is attached to the pylon. Answers were for 3 systems:
1. Kinetic Revolutions - 3 different sizes available (the most responses) This has Allen screws at both ends.
2. Trulife P01-700-2000 appears to be for immediate post-op, but the AAA-100 is an adjustable height adaptor - it has Allen screws at only one end.
3. Otto Bock 2R45 and 2R45-S- These seem elusive - I could not navigate their website to find them, and suggestions have been made to call Otto Bock
