Hello List,
I have an active patient with chopart amputation in is late twenties,
ex-military and avid outdoorsman. I am looking into both a cosmetic
(silicone) foot, and a very functional prosthesis for him.
Who would you recommend for fabricating silicone partial feet?
Also, what solutions have you found for active partial foot amputees? I am
currently looking at using a dycor foot with a laminated ground reaction AFO
style tibial section. Any tips on alignment and modification?
Thank you in advance.
Sincerely,
Brandon Arnette, BOCPO
