Dear list,
I have a patient who requires replacement transradial liners and a new socket. He had previously been wearing p-pod extra small alpha liners which fit his length (almost WD), and conformed to his very body and conical limb, while allowing unrestricted elbow movement and conforming to his elbow flexion. I am aware of all the benefits of silicone vs. TPE, but I believe, in this case, this is the best liner for him. I am not interested in purchasing a pair of these liners that may be still on a shelf somewhere, since I am concerned about a replacement being available in the future. Is anyone aware of any other liner options, other than going with a custom shaped silicone?
