Each DMERC has a list of webinars for education. I would recommend that
someone new complete:
Medicare 101
Medicare 102
Documentation Requirements and
Prosthetic Documentation Requirements (since you guys focus on prosthetics)

Check with Medicare. They have webinars. If you use a third party for your
electronic billing, they sometimes have webinars.. We use Zirmed and they
do.
The manual that was just given to us at the AOPA Billing conference in Vegas
last week is EXCELLENT. See if you can get one of those as well.
If anyone else offers up any other suggestions, please let me know.

We use OPIE, so they have numerous updates and monthly online learning
courses.

Have then do the Medicare learning network self paced programs they are free
just need to sign up
The DMEMAC's have a host of webinars on their websites including Medlearn
Matters. These are great for new and existing staff training. Additionally,
AOPA has webinars as well as monthly audio conferences. Hope this helps

We saw your post on the listserve and wanted to recommend our Mastering
Medicare series available as webcasts. You can purchase access to any
individual webcast for $99 each, or $693 for the whole series - that's 2
free webcasts. You can watch these as many times as you like so they can be
used to train multiple staff members.
